Navigating and Downloading Content

Content in the Customer Center Download Library is organized according to metadata tagging, (for example, based on a Product, Category, Operating System, etc.). Features include:

Search field

  • Type one or more words (a minimum of two characters) to search the database. Returns all occurrences of each word.

Filter by

  • The initial view is set for the latest release of software and firmware. To refresh the default view, click on "Download Library" menu link.
  • Filters are available on the left side of the window.
  • Click inside the gray area to scroll up and down through expanded filters.
  • Refine your search by selecting appropriate filters. Grayed out filter selections indicate invalid options.
  • Use Clear All to remove all filters.

Sort order

  • Sort ascending or descending per column headings. Default is newest on top.

Downloads

  • Multiple selected assets will download in a zip file.
  • Single assets will download in their file format (for example, tgz or pdf).
